Can foreigners buy property in Sarajevo?
Foreign citizens and companies can generally acquire property in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of reciprocity, and some buyers purchase through a local company. The exact conditions for your case should always be confirmed by a lawyer; we connect you with an independent lawyer and notary.
